Musique du film "Visages De L'Est-Volta" Field recording.
Quatre Études de rythme (Four Rhythm Studies) is a set of four piano compositions by Olivier Messiaen, written in 1949 and 1950. A performance of them lasts between 15 and 20 minutes. The four pieces which the composer collectively termed Études de rythme are not a "cycle" like Messiaen's earlier Vingt Regards sur l'enfant-Jésus (1944) or Visions de l’Amen (1943)

Murat Ses's composition, Ağrı Dağı Efsanesi (The Legend of Mount Ararat), was inspired by ancient legends of the Great Flood in different cultures.
La Vie de Bohème (full title in French, Scènes de la vie de bohème) is a work by Henri Murger, published in 1851. Although it is commonly called a novel, it does not follow standard novel form. Rather, it is a collection of loosely related stories, all set in the Latin Quarter of Paris in the 1840s, romanticizing bohemian life in a playful way. Most of the stories were originally published individually in a local literary magazine, Le Corsaire.
Studio Album, released in 1971. Songs, Tracks Listing. This originally French pressing was the only album of the band with keyboard player Murat Ses. Murat Ses's vision had interests to include influences from the progressive rock scene.
Les Mogol bestography. Danses Et Rythmes De La Turquie D'Hier À Aujourd'hui is ranked as the best album by Les Mogol. Les Mogol album bestography.
Mogollar - who were known as Les Mogol in France - released this, their debut album, in 1971, while living in Paris. A mix of traditional Turkish source material and Western beats - especially the bass and piano parts - the effects are spellbinding throughout this recording, which is all instrumental. Think of this as the Middle Eastern equivalent of Duke Ellington's "Far East Suite" or John McLaughlin's nearly contemporaneous experiments in the same direction with the Mahavishnu Orchestra.
