In the Summertime is a 1970 album recorded by Mungo Jerry. It contains their biggest hit, "In the Summertime" and its B-side, "Mighty Man". Also included are the country hits, "San Francisco Bay Blues", recorded in 1954 by Jesse Fuller, Arthur Gunter's "Baby Let's Play House", also from 1954 and Woody Guthrie's "Dust Pneumonia Blues" which also appeared on the B-side of "In the Summertime".
Brian Wilson is the debut studio album by Brian Wilson released in July 1988 on Sire Records. It was voted one of the best albums of 1988 by NME, and as part of its acclaim, garnered the nickname "Pet Sounds '88" among some critics. The album has since been reissued on several formats with bonus tracks, and cited by some as a standout in Wilson's solo oeuvre.

And if that weren't all, the record opens and closes Rhapsody In Blue, sung a capella by Wilson.
When I saw Brian Wilson he was touring to support his album titled, Brian Wilson Reimagines Gershwin, which is an album covering the magnificent songs of Ira and George Gershwin. He played many classic tunes from this album such as Summertime and Rhapsody in Blue. The show’s setlist was massive containing over thirty of Brian Wilson’s hits. Although Brian Wilson performed the older surf rock classics such as Surfin’ . and Surfer Girl, I preferred the beautiful orchestrated songs from Pet Sounds such as Wouldn’t It Be Nice and Good Vibrations
Wilson's usual band backs him on most of the album, but the whole thing opens and closes with Wilson's a capella version of "Rhapsody in Blue", which whoa.
